The retreat will be held in March 2028 (specific dates coming soon) at the El Nido (The Nest) in Uvita, Costa Rica. Below you will find room rates, what’s included, and other relevant information. We are diligently working on the schedule and will publish it as soon as it’s available.
Room Rates
We have 6 rooms available for single occupancy and 3 for double occupancy. Single occupancy is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we reserve the right to assign you with another attendee if necessary.

Additional info
In order to take our supplied shuttle service we will need arrival and departure to be booked at certain times so please discuss with staff which flights are recommended.
There are three rooms available with twin beds, first come first serve. All other double occupancy rooms will have one shared queen bed.
We are closer to the equator so proper sun protection is needed
Costa Rica is casual, pack light you will be alright
Massages can be arranged in the yoga room or at a local spa
Additional excursions like cooking, or surf lessons, will be offered for an additional fee

Reservations
To make a reservation, we will need the following information from each guest:
- Room Category and Bedding Request
- Arrival and Departure Dates if different than the retreat dates
- Any Dietary Allergies (please indicate if any require medical attention when the allergen is consumed)
- $699 Deposit
*Please note: If you require an airport shuttle pick up and drop off, please provide the following after you make your airline reservation. The servicing airport is SJO (Juan Santamaria International).
Payment Schedule
A $699 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due at registration to reserve your spot. 50% of the remaining balance is due 120 days before the retreat. The remaining balance is due in full 60 days before the retreat. We accept Venmo and Zelle in addition to credit cards.
Cancellation
All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid, with no exceptions, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, injury, work or family obligations, travel disruptions, or weather. Because of this, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance promptly after booking.
