Our services cover a variety of areas to guide individuals to their goals and aspirations. 

Stephanie is from the Appalachia mountains of Virginia. Didn’t like wearing shoes, and spent her childhood wandering the mountains for hours. She moved to NYC at 20, and in her 43 years has lived more lives than most cats are afforded.  However she still doesn’t like wearing shoes, she curses a lot and wears her heart on her sleeve. She is not a guru, or enlightened, she does not claim to be anything other than an incredibly imperfect human, and just like a moth to a flame, seeking the light. As she is on this path she merely hopes to help light the way for others who want to come along.

 
She resides outside of Philadelphia, and has three incredible children and one very sweet dog. Her story is triumph and trauma, hope and heart break, drinking and sobering, hurting and healing, living and loving.  With some beautiful and bitter sweet stories to tell the tale.  Her first stepping stone to healing and health was yoga. She was divinely guided and has finally tapped into source.  The transformation that occurred for her guided her to teacher training and the immediate founding of JTown Hot Yoga in 2015. 

During darker moments of anxiety and depression during the pandemic, she lost herself once again. Heartbroken by the loss of a loved one, Stephanie surrendered everything over to the universe, and Sage & Crown was born. A name honoring the love of what was and what could be. 

Stephanie is driven by passion and purpose to share the opportunity to heal, hope and love with as many people as possible. Sage & Crown is the love child of two imperfect souls trying to find their way, yet didn’t have the light they needed.
